Bookings and payment
Places on courses and coaching are confirmed once payment (or the first instalment of a payment plan) is received. Payment plans must be completed in full even if access is not used.
Access
Access to the GROW Formula® course, Deep Dive podcast and GROW Community through the Certification Programme continues for life. Membership access continues while your subscription is active.
Rescheduling
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.
